Equipments Must Also GROW!!!

Hello!! It's me again w/ another Guide for ZO or Zodiac Online by enjoymmo.




This time, we're gonna discus about Growing Weapons and Equipments. Well, they don't grow in size, if that'll happen, the screen would be Full of Monster Sized Characters; instead, the items Grow with it's user. Well, That depends on the Users :P


Anyways, First you gotta have you Equips. You also have to get a Bead or Stone. What am I talking 'bout? There are Four kinds of beads: Helmet, Armor, Belt and Boots/Shoes.



After you got these and your weapon, go to Blacksmith at Cloud City and Click "Compose Growing Weapon". The thing is, you can use it also to compose Growing belts, Shoes, Armors and etc. But why is it only Growing weapon? I dunno. x)




Put the Stone in the "Soul" Section and place an Equip./Weapon in the "item" section.



You need Gold to make it work :P (What else is free these days -_-). When it succeeded, Your weapon will be highlighted with... I dunno... Puple? My eyes are so Blurry these days X_X


Now, Lemme explain something people always ask.

When you weapon reaches 100% exp(take note, the exp of your weapon is equivalent to the exp of its wearer[On personal basis :P]), You can take it to the Blacksmith and use will use it as the "Soul" this time, not the item. So if that works, Your Item will become +1 and so on.

If you want you equip. to be +4 or +5, You need a Spirit Stone(SS) to make it happen.
And, the success rate of the composure goes down each time you Upgrade it.



+0 - No SS needed
+1 - No SS needed
+2 - No SS needed
+3 - No SS needed
+4 - 1 SS needed
+5 - 1 SS needed
+6 - 2 SS needed

(I still have no info on the other Pluses cuz the ones that have 'em won't tell me :/ )

Feeling a Bit Low on your Success rate??? NOT TO WORRY!!! The Blessed Crystal is here to save the day!!!



There are 3 types of Blessed Crystals. Small, Medium, Large. These only Improve the "chance" of success. Not the whole thing. But you gotta Admit, These things do wonders in upgrading equips. :P

Your Equips have an Important Buff that you can't bare to Let Go?!!! THAT's WHAT SPINELS ARE FOR!!


There are three types of spinels....

The Curse Spinel -
It retains the Buffs from the old equip and add it to the new equip. For example, I have a Boxing Rune with "Enhances Frost Bolt" buff. I can use Curse spinel to transfer that BUff to the next Weapon. :P Nifty

Devine Spinel -
It retains the Atk., Magic Atk., Def., or Magic Def. And the gender :/

I dunno what the other Spinel's name is but it got something like demon or something like that word...

Ack! It's on the tip of my tongue and I Still don't Get it!!! Jeez...



(Curse spinel is the Orange one and Devine Spinel is the Purple one)

When your weapon becomes +4 above, It'll have a "spark" or it will be engulfed in Flames!!! It'll make you character look REALY COOOOOOOOOL!!!!!
